Over four weeks, we build your Claude setup step by step, so you can use it daily to do your work and save 3 to 4 hours a week.

Week 1. Map your work

2 to 6 November

Outcome: You know exactly which jobs to hand to AI, and you get your first hour back.
How we get there: We have Claude interview you to map every job you repeat, so we can identify and score the ones AI can help with. I review your map personally, and we agree your plan.
Why this saves you time: You set up the jobs that actually save you time, not whatever the tool happens to be good at.

Week 2. Connect your tools

9 to 13 November

Outcome: Claude is connected to your email, calendar and files, and any other supported tools it needs to get work done for you.
How we get there: We connect your tools step by step. Then we set up the top jobs from your plan, starting from ready-made setups adapted to your work.
Why this saves you time: Once Claude can see your work, it can help do your work, not just talk about it.

Week 3. Automate your jobs

16 to 20 November

Outcome: Your repeating jobs run every day or week, in your voice, adding up to 3 to 4 hours saved a week.
How we get there: We put your jobs on a schedule, or on one prompt a day, and teach Claude to do them.
Why this saves you time: You start saving time when AI handles the repeat work without you having to explain every step again.

Week 4. Make it stick

23 to 27 November

Outcome: You have a clear system for working daily with Claude, and you know how to keep improving that system.
How we get there: We turn every correction into a lasting instruction, set up a 15-minute weekly check-up, and agree clear safety rules. On demo day, anyone who wants to can show their system and their hours saved.
Why this saves you time: A system you understand, use every day and keep improving is one that will save you the most time in the long run.

Common questions.

Who is this for?

Business owners, professionals and team leads who want Claude doing useful work. No technical background is needed, but you must make time to build and practise. This is not a coding course.

What do I need before we start?

A paid Claude plan (Pro is enough), bought separately, and your AI brain files. If you missed the masterclass, use my free brain page to prepare in about 20 to 30 minutes before 2 November. This run is Claude only.

How much time do I need each week?

Plan for 3 to 4 hours, including the two-hour Thursday session. Week 1 needs a little more for the kickoff and plan review. The lessons are written guides; live sessions cover difficult steps and help you fix your setup.

What if I miss a live session?

Every session is recorded, so you can catch up in your own time.

Will this work with my work accounts or team?

You can use Google or Microsoft 365, and a personal Claude plan or Claude Team. Some work accounts need IT approval. Choose your Claude account before starting; moving later means adding files and reconnecting tools. Each attendee needs their own place. The Bring Your Team bonus helps you set up staff; a separate team setup session can be booked at additional cost.
